Step 1 — design consultation & site assessment
Every Troika Pools project begins with a personalized design consultation and site evaluation. Our experts visit your property in Columbus, GA or surrounding areas like Auburn, AL, Newnan, and Peachtree City to assess access points, grading, drainage, and utility placement.
We’ll discuss your vision for your custom pool, including shape, size, and how it will integrate with outdoor living features such as patios, lighting, and water features.
This ensures your project is designed for both aesthetic appeal and long-term performance while meeting all local permitting and HOA requirements.
Step 2 — custom 3d design AND proposal
Once we understand your vision, our team develops a custom design with optional 3D pool design that brings your backyard to life before construction begins.
